Can I get a refund for a downloaded 3D model?

Credit Refund Policy


You may request a credit refund if the downloaded model meets the following conditions:

- The purchased model significantly differs from its description or preview images.  

- The 3D model is damaged or missing textures/files.  


Important Notes:  

- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.  

- Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases or mistaken orders.  

- Please check the model’s size and format before downloading.  


Refund Conditions:  

1. If a credit refund is granted, you must delete all copies of the downloaded file.  

2. 3D models are digital files for use in 3D software, not physical products.

Paid Credits
Purchase more credits with Credit Packs or Coupons.
You can use both free and paid credits to download 3D models.
You can combine free and paid credits when buying 3D models.
Free credits will be used first.
