2. Provision of goods or services: To deliver goods, provide services, send contracts and invoices, offer content, provide customized services, verify identity, verify age, process payment and settlement, and collect debts.
3. Complaint handling: To verify the identity of complainants, check complaint details, notify and communicate for factual investigation, and inform of processing results.

1. The Company retains and processes personal information for the period agreed upon at the time of collection or as required by relevant laws.
2. The retention and processing periods for each type of personal information are as follows:
o Membership registration and management: Until membership withdrawal. However, in cases where the following apply, the information will be retained until the respective period ends:
1. If an investigation into a legal violation is ongoing, the information will be retained until the investigation is concluded.
2. If there are outstanding financial obligations related to the use of the website, retention continues until the settlement is completed.

• Naver: Name, ID, email, gender, phone number, date of birth, nationality, related profession.
2. Provision of goods or services:
o Required: Name, date of birth, ID, password, address, phone number, email, credit card number, bank account details.
3. Automatically collected information:
o IP address, cookies, MAC address, service usage records, visit history, history of improper use.
Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)
1. The Company promptly deletes personal information once the retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled.
2. If personal information must be retained beyond the agreed period due to legal requirements, it is stored separately from other data.
3. Methods of destruction:
o Electronic files: Permanently deleted using low-level formatting or equivalent methods.
o Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated.
