If a downloaded 3D model has defects or errors, contact us at b2b@uncover3dmodelling.com with details and screenshots.

After verification, we will take appropriate action and issue a credit refund if necessary.

You can use both free and paid credits to download 3D models.
You can combine free and paid credits when buying 3D models.
Free credits will be used first.
